Information on the Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 30 days from the date:

on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods under a single order and these are delivered simultaneously;
-
on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the last goods, provided that you ordered multiple goods under a single order and these are delivered separately.
To exercise your Right of Withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This can be done via email: info@maisonerve.co.uk You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than 30 days after receipt of your notice of cancellation.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will this reimbursement incur any extra costs for you.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have:

received the returned goods, or
-
you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 30 days from the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by you.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Reasons for Exclusion and Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured based on an individual choice or decision of the Consumer;

for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;

for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon in the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and the value of which is dependent on market fluctuations;
-
for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscriptions.
The Right of Withdrawal expires prematurely in contracts:

for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal was removed after delivery;
-
for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other goods;
-
for the supply of audio and video recordings and computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.
