What is the delivery time?

The total delivery time consists of two phases:

1. Processing Time Within 1–3 business days after placing the order, it is checked, approved, and packaged. The package is then prepared for transport.

2. Shipping Time UK: 5–10 business days

Shipping is handled by DPD, DHL.

All shipping times exclude any customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

What does shipping cost?

We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.

Where is my package?

After shipping, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.

For logistical reasons, the order may be sent in multiple separate shipments.

My tracking number doesn't work

It can take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated. If the tracking still does not provide any information after a few days, please contact customer service.
